So I recently visited the Perelman building at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in order to see Mark Cohen’s body of work. The exhibit was titled “Strange Evidence” and it was a collection of his black and white and color work. He shot Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania for almost his entire life. Seeing another photographer’s view of their hometown was sort of an affirmation that I can continue with this project and continue to find inspiration in streets I know too well.
Hopefully, you see the evidence of that, however strange it may be. Enjoy the image.
